 1. Do you pre-measure & pre-cut for doorways and windows?
A: Yes. With our patented design, we pre-cut all doors & windows at no extra charge.
2. Do SIPs come pre-framed with windows and doors?
A: No. The design flexibility of Structural Insulated Panels makes it easy install any number of windows and door combinations. The openings are pre-cut in the factory ready for the follow on trades to fit your windows and doors.
3. What are the delivery time?
A: Generally speaking, the leading time can be 30 days after you deposit the first payment. However, it still depends on how many orders we have in hand.
4. Can we do our own plan and order houses for this plan?
A: Of course you can, as a professional prefabricated house manufacture, and base on the design flexibility of SIP, we can convert most of your designs into real house.
5. Can you provide the house plan drawings?
A: As we are a professional house manufacture, but not a design company, it’s better for you to provide your ideal designs or choose house plan from our optional list which were design by our partner—Drummonddesigns—a famous Canadian design company.
| 6. Do you have available workers who really know how to do it for me? Do you have project managers that can oversee the construction of house? |
A: Right now, we do not provide onsite service, however, we did send a supervisor to help our customers during the erection(shell only). Or you can send you workers here, we provide free training for them.
7. What is the minimum order?
A:To some extent, SIP is new to most of our customers. So in order to make you and your customers understand SIP system well, the quantity of the first order can be 1.
8. How do you deliver the houses?
A: As our houses are based on panelized system, shipping by 40’HQ container is the most convenient and cost effective way for you.
9. How many sq.m you do put in each container?
A: A 40’ HQ container can load cargos around 65m3. The total capacity of a 200m2 house will be around 116m3. However, the actual volume depending on how many accessories you ordered.
